How we work
A small firm run by its partners, with written rules for how every engagement is handled.
Three ways to engage us
Assignment
A written scope, fees linked to milestones and a named partner responsible for delivery.
Retainer
A standing scope for a fixed monthly commitment, with the hours capped in writing.
Consortium
A named key expert or sub-consultant inside a larger firm's bid, under a signed teaming agreement.

01 Read

Documents that survive scrutiny: sourced, versioned and reviewed by a partner.

Templates, data and training, so the capability stays with the client.
Integrity commitments
Conflicts checked first
Before we accept work, we check for conflicts and record the result in a conflicts register. We do not advise a regulated party on a matter on which we advise its regulator.
Confidentiality
Client information is used only for the engagement it was given for, and is shared inside the firm only with the people working on it.
No legal practice
We provide regulatory analysis and compliance advisory. We do not give legal opinions or appear before any court or tribunal. Where you need a lawyer, we will say so.
No inducements
We do not offer or accept bribes, facilitation payments or gifts beyond token courtesy. Any courtesy received is recorded.
No official insignia
We advise government; we are not part of it. We do not use the State Emblem or any government insignia, and we do not imply official endorsement.
Data handled with care
We collect only what an engagement needs, keep it secure and delete it when the purpose is served.
Commercial terms
- An engagement letter is signed before work begins.
- Scope, deliverables, fees and payment milestones are fixed in writing.
- Our liability is capped at the fees paid under the engagement.
- GST is charged as applicable.
